report of Ira L. Pringlo, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #2, Kerr County, Texas, covering the
month of September, A. D. 1951, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, lodgments and Sury Seen
collected, showing a sum of $37.35 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitlin
him to a fee of $21.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct,
that said officer Ss entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore by motion
duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that said
report be approved and that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to pay the fen of $21.C
to Judge Pringle to-wit: $7.00 out oP the Road & Hridge Furl and $14.00 out of General Fund
of Kerr County, Texas.

showing an actual and necessary expense of $3.00 incurred bq him in the conduct of his office
during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and such
expenditures should be approved, therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell
and unanimously approved by the court for such expenditures therein.

This the 8th dap of October, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the
monthly report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, Kerr County
Precinct ~1, showing an aggregate of $111.18 collected for the month of September, 1951, and
St appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should ba approved, and
that the City of Kerrville is entitled to one-half of the collections and deposits over
$100.00 and that said City is entitled to the sum of $5.59i therefore by motion duly made
by Eckstein, seconded Dy Pawell and unanimously appraved by the court, that said report be
approved and the County Clark be directed to draw voucher agair6_t the Caunty Treasurer in the
amount of $5.59 against the General Fund to the City of Kerrville for their pro rata share
of collections and deposits over $100.00.

during said month, and it appearing to the mart that said report is true and correct sad
