report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace, Precinct N2, Kerr County, Texas, covering the
month of September, A. D. 1951, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and fury fees
collected, showing a sum of $37.35 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitlin
_ him to a fee of $21.00, and St appearing to the court that said report is true and correct,
that said officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore by motion
duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that said
report be approved and that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to pay the fee of $21
to Judge Pringle to-wit: $7.00 out of the Road & Bridge Fund and $14.00 out of General Fund
of Kerr County, Texas.

during said month, and it appearing to the court titat• said report is true and correct and such

monthly report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, Kerr County
Precinct #1, showing an aggregate of $111.18 collected for the month of September, 1951, and
St appearing to the court that said report is true and correct std should be approved, and
that the City of Kerrville is entitled to one-half of.' the collections and deposits over
$100.00 amd that said City is entitled to the sum of $5.59i therefore bq motion duly made
by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be
approved and the County Clerk be directed to draw voucher agairn.t the County Treasurer in the
amount of $5.59 against the General Fund to the CSty of Kerrville for their pro rata share
of collections and deposits over $100.00.
