report of Virgil Storms, Justice of the Peace, Precinct ~1, Kerr County, Texas, covering the
month of September, 1951, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and fury fees collects'
shoving a sum of $88.55 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a
fee of $39.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true std correct, that said
officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore by motion duly made

approved and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of $39.00 to
