month of September, 1951, of Criminal cases filed, xitnesses, Judgments and Jury Tees collecte~
showing a sum of $88.55 collected and deposited with the Covnty Treasurer, entitling him to a
fee oP $39.00, sad it appearing to the court that said report is true sad correct, that said
officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore by motion duly made
by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be
approved and that the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the Pee of $39.00 to
