No. 5318. CONFIAMATION OF THE SEVEN DAYS LEAVE TAKEN BY THE COUNTY JUDGE.
This the Bth day of October, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the re-
quest of Jno. R. Leavell, County Judge, to confirm the seven days leave that he had taken for
hospitalization during the period from September 26, 1951 to October 3, 1951..
Wherefore, the court having been notified of his intention subsequent to the leave taken
and the court at that time felt it unnecessary to enter an order, and at the request of the
County Judge at this time, the Court feels that an order of confirmation should be entered.
Therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by
the court that the seven days leave taken by the County Judge for hospitalization from Sept-
ember 26, 1951 to October 3, 1951, be duly confirmed Sn all respects.

This the 8th day of October, A. D. 1951, came on to be examined by the court the annual
report of County School Funds for scholastic year ending August 31, 1951, for the State Depart
went of Edvcati on, prepared by Chas. Schreiner Bank CUninc.) County Depository of school funds
and St appearing to the court after thorough examination, that same should be approved as veri
fied by the County Superintendent, Jno. R. Leavell; therefore by motion duly made by Powell,
seconded by Molter and unanimously approved by the court, and as verified and audited by the
County Superintendent; and that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to forward a copy
of said report to the State Department of Public Education, Austin, Texas.

No. 5320. CANCELIATI ON OF CERTIFICATE N0. 4'J.
This the 8th day of October, A. D. 1951, came on to be presented by the court,
of Capcellation ~+~, issued by E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor & Collector of Kerr County, for
delinquent taxes erroneously carried on a 1/4 acre tract out of Survey 111, Samuel Wallace
assessed in the name of Emma LeBlanc since 1932, as having improvements thereon.
Wherefore, the court having been informed that since ttse flood of 1932, there has been
no improvements erected on sa Sd property, that such taxes have been erroneously assessed by
the Assessor, and that all County and State taxes carried delinquent in excess of the normal
value of the aforesaid property should be cancelled. Therefore by motion duly made by Eckst~
seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the eou=•t that Certificate No. 4~, Sn Savor of
Emma LeBlanc covering excess taxes, having been carried delinquent since 1932 on 1M of an
acre out of Survey X111, Samuel Wallace, be cancelled axsg charged off of the records of the
Tax Assessor & Collector of Kerr County, Texas.
