No. 5323• REIMBIIRSEMENT OF $50.$0 TO BE MADE TO TBE COUNTY ATTORNEY FOR OVER PAYMENT OF
EXCESS FEES OF OFFICE.
This the 9th day of October, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the
application of James E. Nugent, County Attorney of Kerr County,. Texas, for reimbursement on
an over payment to the County of fees of office in the amount of $50.50. Wherefore, the cour
having considered that the County Attorney is charged for the fees collected by Ira L. Pringle
Justice of the Peace, Precinct #2, Kerr County, for caeca handled in that court affi that Mr.
Nugent had not actually received such funds and he has overpaid the court the sum of $50.50
of which he 1s entitled thereto.
Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter, and unanimously approved ~
by the court, that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed t:o draw voucher against the ~
County Treasurer payable to James E. Nugent, County Attorney ic: the amount of $50.50 to take
care of the over-payment made by Mr. Nugent for fees of his of1'i ce. That Ira L. Pringle,
Justice o£ the Peace, Precinct #2, be and is hereby directed to deposit the sum of $18.50 wit
Lhe County Treasurer as per letter £rom the County Auditor having been filed with the County
Clerk.

No. 5324. CANCELLATION OF CHECK #11160 IN THE AMOUNT OF $130„75 PAYABLE TO T. J. MOORE
LUMBER YAHD.
This the 9th day of October, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the
application of Emil Gold, County Treasurer for request authori::ing him to cancel check #11160
payable to T. J. Moore Lumber Yard in the amount of $130.75 dreiwn on Kerr County Lateral Road
Fund FM 1340, bearing date November 14, 1950, wherefore the court having been informed that
the materials previously billed in the amount oP $130.75 secured from T. J. Moore Lumber Yard
have previously been paid under Check #12227 In the amount of $240.88 and that 1t would be
necessary to cancel the aforesaid Check #11160.
Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved
by the court, that the County Treasurer be and is hereby authorized aid directed to cancel
check #11160 Sn the amount of $130.75 payable to T. J. Moore Ia:mber Yard drawn on Kerr County
Lateral Road Fund FM 1340.

No. 5325. CANCELLATION OF CERTIFICATE N0. 48.
This the 9th day of October, A. D. 1951, came on to be examined by the court, the cert-
ificate of cancellation #18 issued by E. H. Nichols, Tax Collectcc & Assessor of Kerr County,
Texas as represented on Form #18, Page 13, as an error Sn assessment for 1949 taxes, where-
fore the court was informed that the aforesaid taxes assessed '.Ln error to H. H. ~resnall were
actually paid under Receipt #x583 for the County s~ State taxes for said year and that such
certificate of cancellation should be approved therefore by motion duly made by Powell, ~
seconded by Molter and unanimously approved by the court, that duplicate 1949 taxes of H. H.
Presnall as represented on Form #18, Page 13 for the year 1949 covering State and County tan
should be cancelled.
