Thls the 9th day of October, A. D. 1951, came on to be examined by the court the State
and Covnty Tax Rolls for the year 1951, prepared by E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector
of Kerr County, and it appearing to the court that said rolls were found to be correct and in
proper form and certified and approved by the court as shown by the court's certificate of
approval attached thereto and duly signed by all members of the court in triplicateq there-
fore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court,
that the 1951 County axd State Tax Aolls be approved.
