No. 5326. APPROVAL OF COUNTY AND STATE TAX ROLLS FOR 1951.
This the 9th day of October, A. D. 1951, came on, to be examined by the court the State
aid County Tax Rolls for the year 1951, prepared by E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector
of Kerr Covnty, and it appearing to the court that said rolls were found to be correct and in
proper form and certified and approved by the court a,s shown by the court's certificate of
approval attached thereto and duly signed by all memt~ers of the court in triplicate; there-
fore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court,
that the 1951 County and State Tax Rolls be approved.
