D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the application of Adam Wilson and Guy Powell for a part of the expenses that may be incurred by County Agent, Guy Powell, to attend the National Convention at Memphis, Tennesseeq and it ap- pearing to the Court that distinguished service has been awarded Guy Powell, Covnty Agent of Kerr County, Texas, and that his presence to the National Convention should be made atti that they are informed that the expenses to attend this convention would be approximately $200.00 and that in their discretion, Kerr County should authorize $100.00 payable to Guy Powell, County Agent. Therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the Covnt Treasurer in the sum of $100.00 payable out of the General Fund to Guy Powell, County Agent, to cover one half of the expense of his trip to Memphis, Tennessee. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No.5331.
