ober 10, 1940, which have been called for redemption as of October 10, 1951, and it appearing
to the court that the County Superintendent should be authorized to proceed to re-invest such
funds Sn some sureties that may meet the approval o£ the County and that the aforesaid bonds
should be redeemed. ',

the court, that the County Superintendent be and is hereby authorized to proceed to re-invest

TENNESSEE.
This the 9th day of October, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the
application of Adam Wilson and Guy Powell for a part of the expenses that may be incurred by
County Agent, Guy Powell, to attend the National Convention at Memphis, Tennesseeq and it ap-
pearing to the Court that distinguished service has been awarded Guy Powell, County Agent of
Kerr County, Texas, and that his presence to the National Convention should be made affi that
they are Snf ormed that the expenses to attend this convention would be approximately $200.00
and that in their discretion, Kerr County should authorize $100.00 payable to Guy Powell,
County Agent.
Therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved
by the court that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw voucher against the Count
Treasurer in the sum of $100.00 payable out of the General Fund to Guy Powell, County Agent, to
cover one half of the expense of his trip to Memphis, Tennessee.

letter bearing date September 19, 1951, from D. C. Greer, State Highway Engineer of the State
Highway Department of the State of Texas,/the County Judge of Kerr County that s

has assumed the maintenance of Farm to Market Highway #1341, which intersects Street 16 i.n
Kerrville to Cypress Creek, a distance of 10.422 miles, which became effective as of August
1, 1951.
Wherefore the court in their willingness to accept this letter of acceptance for State
maintenance on the aforesaid Highway, desires that an order be entered in approval thereof,
therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the
court that the official date of State assumption of maintenance be accepted as of August 1,
1951.
