has assumed the maintenance of Farm to Market Righway #1341, which intersects Street 16 in
Kerrville to Cypress Creek, a distance of 10.422 miles, which became effective as of August
1, 1951.
Wherefore the court in their willingness to accept this letter of acceptance for State
maintenance on the aforesaid Highway, desires that an order be entered in approval thereofg
therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the
court that the official date of State assumption of maintenance be accepted as of August 1,
1951.

BRIDGE RIGRT OF WAY FUND HWY. #27.
This the 9th day of October, A. D. 1951, after motion having been duly made by Goff,
seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be hereby directed to transfer the sum of $12,000.00 from Road & Bridge Fund to the
Kerrville-Ingram Road & Bridge Right of Way Fund Hwy. #27.
