RERR COUNTY TO EXECDTE DEED TO LOT 22, LEGION HEIGHTS ADDITION IN EXCHANGE OF AN EXECUTED DEED FR(!~t EIIGENA WAIGHT ON D~ICATSD STREET OF SAID ADDITION. On this the 12th day of October, 1951, came to be heard the matter of a discrepancy bet- wean the map and plat of Legion Heights Addition to the City of Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas, found recorded in the Map and Plat Records, Kerr County, Teaas, in Vol. ~ page 41, and the location of certain lots and streets of said addition on the ground; and it appearing to the Court that according to the said Map and Plat, the continuance of Main Street from the City of Kerrville, runs through Oak Park, being located on said map and plat between Lots 22 and 23 of said addition, whereas, an accurate survey oa the ground shows Lot 22 to be contiguous to and immediately ad~oining Lot 23 of said Addition, and the continuance of Main Street, as dedicated in said Addition, to be between Lots 21 and 22 of said Addition, and said street is a 50 foot street as shown on the map and plat above referred to, and it is a 50 foot street as actually exists; and it further appearing to the Court that Eugene W. Wright is now the owner in fee simple of Lot 22 of said Legion Heights Addition, and has the area dedicated on said map as-a street under fence as Lot 22; and it further appearing to the Court that the Covnty of Kerr has control of said~dsdlcated street, whlah is actually on the ground in the area dedicated on the map and plat as Lot 22; and it further appearing to the Court that the said owner, Eugene W. Wright, is desirous of getting said street and said Lot,=22 located properly on the map of said legion Heights Addition, and is desirous of having his title to Lot 22 perfected •by an exchange of Heeds between him and Kerr County, Texas, trhereby he would deed the platted street to Kerr County, and Karr County would deed the platted Lot 22 to the said r ~ Eugene W. Wright, et ux; and the Court having made a thorough investigation of this matter, I and finding as a result o£ said Snvastlgation that the said street and Lot 22 are improperly placed in said plat above referred to, and that the exchange of deeds as aforesaid should be accomplished in order that the said Lot 22 may be properly placed on said plat as well as St is on the ground, and that the said dedioated street should be correctly shown on the plat as
