KERR C WNTY TO EXECDTE DEED TO LOT 22, LEGION REIGATS ADDITION IN EXCHANGE OF AN ERECDTED DEED FROM EIIGENE WRIGAT ON D~ICATED STREET OF SAID ADDITION. On this the 12th day of October, 1951, came to be heard the matter of a discrepancy bet- wean Lhe map and plat of Legion Heights Addition to the City of Kerrville, Karr County, Texas, found recorded in the Map and Plat Records, Kerr County, Texas, in Vol. ~ page 41, and the location of certain lots and streets of said addition on the ground; and it appearing to the Court that according to the said Map and Plat, the continuance of Main Street from the City of Kerrville, runs through Oak Park, being located on said map axd plat between Lots 22 and 23 i of said addition, whereas, an accurate survey on the ground shows Lot 22 to be contiguous to and Smmediately ad~oining Lot 23 of said Addition, and the continuance of Main Street, as dedicated in said Addition, to be between Lots 21 and 22 of said Addition, and said street is a 50 foot street as shown on the map and plat above referred to, and it Ss a 50 foot street as actually exists; and it further appearing to the Court that Eugene W. Wright is now the owner Sn fee simple of Lot 22 of said Legion Heights Addition, and has the area dedicated on said map as-a street under fence as Lot 22; and St further appearing to the Court that the County of Kerr has control of said dedicated street, which is actually on the ground in the area dedicated on the map and plat as Lot 22; and it further appearing to the Court that the said owner, Eugene W. Wright, Ss desirous of getting said street and said Lot 22 located properly on the map of said Legion Heights Addition, and is desirous of having his title to Lot 22 perfected ~by an exchange of deeds between him and Kerr County, Texas, vhereby he would deed the platted street to Kerr County, and Kerr County would deed the platted Lot 22 to the said Eugene W. Wright, et ux; and ffie Court having made a thorough investigation of this matter, and finding as a result of sa Sd inoastigativn that the said street and Lot 22 are improperly placed in said plat above referred to, and that theexchange of deeds as aforesaid should be accomplished in order that the said Lot 22 may be properly placed on said plat as well as it is on the ground, and that the said dedicated street should be correctly shown on the plat as _- ~ ,-- - - I well as on~the groundq and the Court further finds that the exchange of deeds as above set out ~O O ~ ~I~ will perfect the discripancles between Bald plat and lo
