D. 1951, be approved as read. -o-o-o-o-o- No. 5345. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS. This the 12th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the claims and accounts filed against Kerr County and its respective precincts since the last term of this court, and it appearing to the court that said claims and accounts should be voted on separately; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff and unanim- ously approved by the court, that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge Right of Way Fund FM 1341 be approved for payment; that all claims and accounts filed against R & B #1, R & B #2, R & B #3, R & B ~+ and Kerr County Lateral A & B /#+, be approved for pay- ment, after ^otl on having been made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court; that all claims and accounts-filed against Kerrville-Ingram R & B RW Fund Hwy. 27 be paid, therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court, and the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer Sn like amounts of said claims filed herein, to be drawn on the respective funds, according to law. -o-o-o-o-o- No. 5346.
