This the 12th day of November, A. D. 1951, after motion having been duly made by Molter,
seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that the minutes of the Commiss-
Soners Court for the month of October, A. D. 1951, be approved as read.

No. 5345. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS.
This the 12th flay of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the
claims and accounts filed against Kerr County and its respective precincts since the last
term of this court, and it appearing to the court that said claims and accounts should be
voted on separatelyq therefore by motion duly made byEckstein, seconded by Goff and unanim-
ously approved by the court, that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge Right
of Way Fund FM 1341 be approved for payment, that all claims and accounts filed against
R & B #1, R & B #2, R & B #3, R & B #r and Kerr County Lateral R & B ~+, be approved for pay-
ment, after lotion having been made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved
by the court, that all claims and accovtits-Piled against Kerrville-Ingram R & B RW Fund Hwy.
27 be paid, therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved
by the court, and the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw vouchers against the
County Treasurer in like amounts of said claims filed herein, to be drawn on the respective
funds, according to law.

No. 5346. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS FILED ADAINST THE GENERAL FUND.
This the 12th day of November, A. D. 1951, after motion having been duly made by Eckstein
seconded by Molter and unanimously approved by the court, that the claims filed against the
_ General Fund of Kerr County be approved for payment and that the County Clerk be and is here-
by authorized to draw like amounts of said bills against the County Treasurer from the General
Fund.

No. 5347. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF ALMA HARCOCK, COUNTY HOME DEMONSTRATION AGENT.
This the 12th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be examined by the court, the month
report of Alma Hancock, County Home Demonstration Agent oP Kerr County, covering her services
rendered for the month of October, 1951, and it appearing to the court that said report should
be approved Sn all respects, therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Powell and
unanimously approved by the court and ordered Piled by the County Clerk.

COURT, PRECINCT #1.
This the 12th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be examined by the court, the
monthly report of Virgil Storms, Justlee of the Peace, Precinct #1, Kerr County, Texas, cover-
ing the month of October, 1951, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and fury fees
collected showing a sum of $113.65 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitl-
ing him to a fee of $$7.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct
that said officer Ss entitled to his fees and that same should be paid, therefore by motion
