APPROVAL OF READING OF MINUTES FOR OCTOBER, 1951. This the 12th day of November, A. D. 1951, after motion having been duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that the minutes of the Commiss- ioners Court for the month of October, A. D. 1951, be approved as read. -o-o-o-o-o- No. 5345. APPROVAL OF CLAIMB AND ACCOUNTS. This the 12th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the claims and accounts filed against Kerr County and Sts respective precincts since the last term of this court, and it appearing to the court that said claims and accounts should be voted on separately therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Gof£ and unanim- ously approved by the court, that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge Right of Way Fund FM 1341 be approved for payment, that all claims and accounts filed against R & B #1, R & B #2, R & H #3, R & B #4 and Kerr County Lateral R & B ~+, be approved for pay- men t, after notion having been made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court, that all claims and accounts-filed against Rerrville-Ingram R & B RW Fund Hwy. 27 be paid, therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court, and the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer in like amounts of said claims filed herein, to be drawn on the respective funds, according to law. -o-o-o-o-o- No. 5346. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS FILED AGAINST THE GENERAL FUND. This the 12th day of Aovember, A. D. 1951, after motion having been duly made by Eckstein seconded by Molter and unanimously approved by the court, that the claims Tiled against the General Fund of Kerr County be approved for payment and that the County Clerk be and is here- by authorized to draw like amounts of said bills against the County Treasurer from the General Fund. -o-o-o-o-o- No. 5347. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF ALMA HANCOCK, COUNTY HOME DEMONSTRATION AGENT. This the 12th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be examined by the court, the month report of Alma Hancock, County Home Demonstration Agent of Kerr County, covering her services rendered for thH month of October, 1951, and St appearing to the court that said report should be approved in all respects, therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court and ordered filed by the County Clerk. -o-o-o-o-o- No. 5348. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF FINES, JIIDGMENTS, AND JURY FEES COLLECTED IN JUSTICE COURT, PRECINCT #1. This the 12th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly report of Virgil Storms, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #1, Kerr County, Texas, cover- ing the month of October, 1951, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and Jury fees collected showing a sum of $113.65 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitl- ing him to a fee of $$7.00, and it appearing to the court that said report Ss true and correct that said officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid, therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that said repot be approved and that the County Clerk be, and, is hereby directed to pay the fee of $57.00 to ~ (~ ~ $ Judge "tbrpfs to-wit: $38.00 payable out of the Oeneral Fund and $19.00 out of Road & Bridge Fund of Kerr County, Texas. -o-o-o-o-o- No. 5349• APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF COLLECTIONS AND DEPOSITS BY THE SHERIFF. This the 12th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be examined by the court, the repo of~collections and deposits made by Esrl Garrett, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, of all fees and mileage fees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for the mon of October, 1951, in the amount of $681.27, and it appearing to the court that the itemized report of collections and deposits as submitted, are true and correct, and should be approved by the court; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, and ordered filed .by the County Clerk. -o-o-o-o-o- No. 5350. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY FDCPENSE REPORT OF TAx ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR. This the 12th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be examined, the. monthly report of E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector, of Kerr County, Texas for the month of October, '~ 1951 showing an actual and necessary expense of $958.50 incurred by him in the conduct of his office during the month of October, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and such expenditures should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court for such expenditures herein. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5351. APPRnVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF FINES, JUDGMENTS, AND JURY FEES COLLECTED IN JUSTICE COURT, PRECINCT ~2. This the 12th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly report of Ira L, Pringle, Justice of the Peace, Precinct //2, Kerr County, Texas, cover ing the month of October, 1951, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, Judgments and fury fees collected, showing a sum of $63.80 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitl- ing him to a fee of $21.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct that said officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that said repor be approved and that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to pay the fee of $21.00 to Judge Pringle to-wits $7.00 out of the Road & Bridge Fund and $14.00 out of the General Fund of Kerr County, Texas. -o-o-o-o-o- No. 5352. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY EKPENSE REPORT OF COUNTY CLERK. This the 12th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be examined by the court, the month expense report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, for the month of October, 1951, showing an actual and necessary expenditure of $676.31 incurred by him in the conduct of his office durin said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court for the expenditures therein. -o-o-o-o-o- No. 5353. APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORT OF CITY-COUNTY SANITARIAN. This the 12th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be examined by the court, the monthly report of Virgil V.
