1951 showing an actual and necessary expense of 8958.50 incurredi by him in the conduct of his
office during the month of October, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and
correct and such expenditures should be approved; therefore by moylon duly made by Molter,
seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court for such expenditures herein.

monthly report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace, Precinct ~2, Kerr County, Texas, cover
ing the month of October, 1951, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees
collected, showing a sum of 863.80 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitl-
ing him to a fee of 821.00, and it appearing to the court that Bald report is true and correct
that said officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore by motion
duly made by Molter, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that said repor
be approved snd that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to pay the fee of $21.00 to
Judge Pringle to-wite $7.00 out of the Road & Bridge Fund and 814,00 out of the General Fund
of Kerr County, Texas.
