1951 showing an actual and necessary expense of $958,50 incurred by him in the conduct of his

collected, showing a sum of $63.80 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitl-
ing him to a fee of $21.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correc
that said officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paid; therefore by motion
duly made by Molter, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that said repor
be approved and that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to pay the fee of $21.00 to
Judge Pringle to-wit: $7.00 out of the Road & Bridge Fund and $14.00 out of the General Fund
