D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the apply atlon of the Southern Pacific Lines invoicing Kerr County Commissioners Precinct #3 for the sw of $1.00 for lease agreement #16372 dated August 18, 1931, wherein Texas and Hew Orleans Rail- road Company gave Kerr County Precinct #3, permission to construct and maintain a one inch pipe line across said Company's railroad right of way at Comfort in Kerr County, Texas. Where fore the court has heretofore each year authorized the payment of the $1.00 for the aforesaid lease agreement, feels that it would be necessary to continue such agreement, and that the County Clerk should be authorized to issue vouober each year in like,, amount under this order until further determined by the court.
