collected, showing a sum of $63.80 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitl-
ing him to a fee of $21.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct
that said officer is entitled to his fees and that same should be paidq therefore by motion

No. 5356. AUTHORIZATION FOR LEASE PAYMENT TO T. Q N. 0. RY. CO.
This the ]2th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the apply
atlon of the Southern Pacific Lines invoicing Kerr County Commissioners Precinct #3 for the sw
of $1.00 for lease agreement #16372 dated August 18, 1931, wherein Texas and Hew Orleans Rail-
road Company gave Kerr County Precinct #3, permission to construct and maintain a one inch
pipe line across said Company's railroad right of way at Comfort in Kerr County, Texas. Where
fore the court has heretofore each year authorized the payment of the $1.00 for the aforesaid
lease agreement, feels that it would be necessary to continue such agreement, and that the
County Clerk should be authorized to issue vouober each year in like,, amount under this order
until further determined by the court. Therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by
Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk draw voucher against
the Covnty Treasurer in the amount of $1.00 payable ovt of R do B #3 Fund for the year 1951
and each year thereafter as the same becomes due, until further determined by the court.
