D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the app1L ation of the Southern Pacifle Lines invoicing Rerr County Commissioaera Precinct $3 for the sw of $1.00 for lease agreement #16372 dated August 18, 1931, wherein Texas and New Orleans Rail- road Company gave Rerr County Preoinet N3, Permission to construct and maintain a one inch pipe line across said Company's railroad right of way at Comfort Sn Rerr County, Texas. where fore the court has heretofore each year authorized the payment of the $1.00 for the aforesaid lease agreement, feels that St would be necessary to continue such agreement, and that the County Clark should be authorized to issue voucher ea.eh year in like., amount under this order until further determined by the court. Therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk draw voucher against the County Treasurer in the amount of $1.00 payable out of R & B t/3 Fund for the year 1951 and each year thereafter as the same becomes due, until further determined by the court. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5357. APPROVAL OF REPORT OF DEPOSITS AND COLLECTIOAS OF ALBERT WILSON, PUBLIC WEIGHER, PRECINCT 9Y1. This thel2tlh day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the month ly report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, Kerr County Precinct $1, showing an aggregate of $121.38 collected for the month of October, 1951, and it appearing to the court that said report is tree and correct and should be approved, and that the City of Kerrville is entitled to one-half of the collections and deposits over $100.00 and that said City is entitled to the avm of $10.691 therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be approved and the County Clerk be directed to draw voucher agd~ff~st the County Treasurer in the amount of $10.69 against the General Fund to the City of Kerrville for their pro rata share of collections and deposits over $100.00. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5358.
