D. 1951, came on to be cone ldered by the court, the app1L ation of the Southern Pacific Lines invoicing Kerr County Commissioners Precinct N3 for the sw of 61.00 for lease agreement #16372 dated August 18, 1931, wherein Texas and New Orleans Rail- road Company gave Kerr County Precinct rR3, permission to construct and maintain a one inch pipe line across said Company's railroad right of way at Comfort in Karr County, Texas. where fore the court has heretofore each year authorized the payment of the 61.00 for the aforesaid lease agreement, feels that it would be necessary to continue such agreement, and that the County Clerk should be authorized to issue voucher each year in likq; amount under this erder until farther determined by the court. Therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that the Connty Clerk draw voneher against the County Treasurer in the amount of 61.00 payable out of R k B #3 Fvnd for the year 1951 and each year thereafter as the same becomes due, until 1lirther determined by the court. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5357. D. 1951, came o[~ to be considered by the court, the month ly report of deposits and collections of A1berL Wilson, Public Walgher, Kerr County Precinct ,Y1, showing an aggregate of 6121.38 collected for the month of October, 1951, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and that the City of Kerrville is entitled to one-half of the collections and deposits over 6100.00 and that said City is entitled to the sum of 610.69; therefore by motion duly mds by Molter, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be approved and the County Clerk be directed to draw voucher ag~isSst the County Treasurer in the amount of 610.69 against the General Fund to the City of Kerrville for their pro rata share of collections and deposits over 6100.00. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5358.
