This the 12th dap of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be examined by the court, the month
report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, of all fines imposed, judgments rendered and jury
fees collected in the County Clerk's office of said County for the month ending October 31,
1951, in the amount of $201.00, which amount has been collected and deposited with the County
._ fl Treasurer) therefore it appearing to the court that s;sid report is true and correct and should
be approved, motion having been made by Molter, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved
by the court and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

No. 5356. AUTHORIZATION FOR LEASE PAYMENT TO T. Q N. 0. RY. CO.
This the I2th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the appli~
anon of the Southern Paeifle Lines invoicing %err County Commissioners Precinct if3 for the sw
of $1.00 for lease agreement A16372 dated August 18, 1931, wherein Texas and New Orleans Rail-
road Company gave Kerr County Precinct ~P3, permission to construct and maintain a one inch
pipe line across said Company's railroad right of way at Comfort Sn Kerr County, Texas. Where
fore the court has heretofore each year authorized the payment of the $1.00 for the aforesaid
lease agreement, Peels that it would be necessary to continue such agreement, and that the
County Clerk should be authorized to Sseue voucher each gear in like,.,amovnt under this order
until further determined by the court. Therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by
Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk draw voucher against
the County Treasurer in the amount of $1.00 payable out of R do B 1R3 Fund for the year 1951
and each year thereafter as the same becomes due, until further determined by the court.

No. 5357. APPROVAL OF REPORT OF DEPOSITS AND COLLECTIONS OF ALBERT WILSON, PUBLIC WEIGHER,
PRECINCT #1.
This thel2tlh day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the month
ly report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, Kerr County Precinct
A'1, showing an aggregate of $121.38 collected for the month of October, 1951, and it appearing
to the court that Bald report is true and correct and should be approved, and that the City
of Kerrville is entitled to one-half of the collections and deposits over =100.00 and that
said City is entitled to the sum of $10.691 therefore by motion duly made bq Molter, seconded
by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that: said report be approved and the County
Clerk be directed to draw voucher agdtii~st the County Treasurer in the amount of $10.69 agains
the General Fund to the City of %errville for their pro rata share of collections and deposit
over $100.00.
