by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court and
ordered filed by the County Clark for future reference.

CLEAR FOR THE MONTH ENDING OCTOBER ~1, 1951.
This the 12th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be examined by the court, the month
report of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk, of all fines imposed, judgments rendered and fury
fees collected in the County Clerk's office of said County for the month ending October 31,
1951, in the amount of $201.00, which amount has been collected and deposited with the County

be approved, motion having been made by Molter, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved
by the court and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

No. 5356. AUTHORIZATION FOA LEASE PAYMENT TO T. R R. 0. RY. CO.
This the ]2th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the appli~
atlon of the Southern Pacific Lines invoicing Kerr County Commissioners Precinct #3 for the sw
of $1.00 for lease agreement {/16372 dated August 18, 1931, wherein Texas and New Orleans Aail-
road Company gave Kerr County Precinct +/3• Permission. to construct and maintain a one inch
pipe line across said Company's railroad right of way at Comfort in Kerr County, Texaa. Where
fore the court has heretofore each year authorized the payment of the x1.00 for the aforesaid
lease agreement, feels that it would be necessary to continue such agreement, and that the
County Clerk should be authorised to issue voucher each year in like,., amount ender this girder
until farther determined by the court. Therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by
Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk draw voucher against
the County Treasurer in the amount of $1.00 payable out of R d B i/3 Fvnd for the year 1951
and each year thereafter as the same becomes due, until further determined by the court.

No. 5357. APPROVAL OF REPORT OF DEPOSITS AND COLLECTIONS OF ALBERT WI L30N, PUBLIC WEIGHER,
PRECINCT #`1.
This thel2lth day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to ba considered by the court, the month
ly report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, Kerr Covnty Precinct
jpl, ahowiag an aggregate of x121.38 collected for the month of October, 1951, and it appearing
to the court that said report is tsae and correct and should be approved, and that the City
of Kerrville Sa entitled to one-half of the collections and deposits over x100.00 and that
said City is entitled to the avm of $10.691 therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded
by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be approved and the County
Clerk be directed to draw voucher agdidst the County Treasurer in the amount of x10.69 against
the General Fund to the City of Kerrville for their 'pro rata share of collections and
over x100.00.
