APPROVAL OF CL9IM3 AND ACCOUNTS. This the 14th day of November, A. D. 1951, came oa to be considered by the Conrt, the claims and accounts flied against the General Fundy and Road d Bridge ~ since the last term of this court; therefore by motlon duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that all claims filed against the General Fund and Road & Bridge A~ be approved for payment; after motion having been made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that all claims filed against Road & Bridge A~ and Kv- Ing. PAYMENT OF ELECTION OFFICERS HOLDING ELECTIOA FOR STATE REPRESENTATIVE AND CONSTIT- UTIONAL AMEIPDMENTS. On this the 14th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the payment of the election officer holding the State Representative and Constibuti octal Amendments Election on November 13, 1951, therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court that snob ele8bion officers should be paid, the County Clerk is hereby directed to draw vouchers against the County Treasures according to law and as per bill on file. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5362. APPROVAL OF TABULARY STATEMENT OF COUNTY CLERK. This the 14th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be examined by the court, the quarterly tabulary statement of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk of Kerr County, covering the indebtedness, expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter ending October 31, 19 It appearing to the court that said report is true and correct .and should be approved by the court, therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Molter and unanimously approved by the court and ordered filed by the County Clerk. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5363.
