This the 14th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the Court, the claims and accounts filed against the General Fund, and Road ~ aridge #11' since the last term of this court, therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that all claims filed against the General Fund and Road & Bridge ~ be approved for payments aftermotion having been made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that all claims filed against Road & Bridge #a+ and Kv- Ing. R & B R W Fd. Hwy 27 since the last term of this court, be approved for payment; that all claims filed against Road & Bridge ,Y1 be approved for payment, therefore bq motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, and the County Clerk is hereby directed to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer in accordance with the bills flied on the respective funds of Kerr County, Texas. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5361. PAYMENT OF ELECTION OFFICEA3 HOLDING ELECTION FOR STATE REPRESENTATIVE AND CONSTIT- UTIONAL AMENDMENTS. On this the 14th day of November, p. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the payment of the election officer holding the Stets Representative and Coas tibutional Amendments Election on November 13, 1951, therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court that snob election officers should be paid, the County Clerk is hereby directed to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer according to law and as per bill on file. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5362. APPROVAL OF TABULARY STATEMENT OF COUNTY CLERK. This the 14th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be examined by the court, the quarterly tabulary statement of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk of Kerr County, covering the indebtedness, expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter ending October 31, 19 It appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved by the court> therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Molter and unanimously approved by the court and ordered filed by the County Clerk. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5363.
