fo. 5360. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS.
This the 14th da9 of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the Court, the
:la ims and accounts filed against the General Fund, and Road & Bridge ~ since the last term
~f this court, therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously
approved by the court, that all claims filed agalnst the General Fund and Road & Bridge il~d
~e approved for payment, after motion having been made bq Eckstein, seconded by Powell and

UTIONAL AMENDMENTS.
On this the 14th daq of November, A. D. 1951, came oa to be considered by the court, the
payment of the election officer holding the State Representative and Coastibutional Amendments
;lection on November 13, 1951, therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seco~ed by Powell and
ianimously approved by the court that anoh ele8bion officers should be paid, the County Clerk
Ls hereby directed to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer according to law and as per

This the 14th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be examined by the court, the
quarterly tabulary statement of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk of Kerr County, covering the
Lndebtedneas, expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter ending October 31, 1957
[t appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should ba approved by the
oourt, therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Molter and unanimously approved
by the court and ordered filed by the County Clerk.
