Ao. 5360. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS.
This the 14th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the Court, the
claims and accounts filed against the General Fund, and Road k Fridge #~ since the last term
oP this court, therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously
approved by the court, that all claims filed against the General Fund and Road & Bridge A4t
be approved for payment, after motion having been made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and
unanimously approved by the court, that all claims flied against Road & Bridge Apr and Kv-
Ing. R & B A W Fd. Hwy 27 since the last term of this court, be approved for paymentq that all
claims filed against Road & Hrldge AF1 be approved for payment, therefore by motion duly made
by Molter, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, and the County Clerk is
hereby directed to draw vouchers against the County treasurer in accordance with the bills
filed on the respective funds of Kerr County, Texas.

No. 5361. PAYMENT OF ELECTION OFFICERS HOLDING ELECTION FOA STATE REPRESENTATIVE AND CONSTIT-
UTIONAL AMENDMENTB.
On this the 14th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the
payment of the election officer holding the State Representative and Constibutioaal Amendments
Election on November 13, 1951, therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and
unanimously approved by the court that suoh ols8tioa officers should be paid, the County Clerk
is hereby directed to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer according to law and as per
bill on file.

No. 5362. APPROVAL OF TABULARY STATEMENT OF COUNTY CLERK.
This the 14th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be examined by the court, the
quarterly tabulary statement of Lawrence Stephens, County Clerk of Karr County, covering the
indebtedness, expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter ending October 31, 19
It appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved by the
court, therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Molter and ux~animouslq approved
by the court and ordered filed by the County Clerk.

No. 5363. APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF CnUNTY FINANCES BY E. GOLD, COUNTY TREASURER.
This the 14th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be examined by the court, the
quarterly report of County Finances of E. Gold, County treasurer for quarter ending October
31, 1951, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be
