APPROVAL OF QIIARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY FINANCES BY E. GOLD, COUNTY TREASURER. This the 14th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be examined by the court, the quarterly report of County Finances of E. Gold, County treasurer for quarter ending October 31, 1951, and it appearing to the court that said report is tree and correct and should be I Goff, seconded by Eckstein and 6 // by the court. -o-o-o-o-o- No. 5364• CORFIRMATION OF CHECK ISSUED ON OCTOBER 15, 1951, IN THE AMODNT OF $30.00 TO MARIE OROSCO. This the 14th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the issuance of a check by the County Treasurer, Emil Gold, in the amount of {30,00 dated October 15, 1951, has been paid to Marie Orosco for pauper allowance without an order from the court. It appearing to the court that an order should be entered at this time to confirm such payment and that the County Clerk should be authorized to issue voucher supporting the issuance of said check, therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter and approved by the court, that the County Clerk be, and is hereby authorized to draw voucher against the County Treasurer payable to Marie Orosco in the amount of $30.00 to confirm a check issued bq the Count?-treaevrer Sn like amount on October 15, 1951, payable out of the General Fund of Kerr County. _~-d-d-~-n- _ ~~ No. 5365. PAYMENT OF $3,082.83 FOR ASPHALT TOPPIAG ON COURT HOUSE SQIIARE. This the 14th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the claim of George Kias, contractor, in the amount of $1,819.36 and claim of R. B. Bowdon, con- tractor, Sn amount of $1,263.47, being in the aggregate of $3,082.83 for applying asphalt and furnishing materials on the drive and streetway on the court house square, and it appearin, to the court that such claims are reasonable and lust and should be paid. Therefore, by motto: suly made by Goff, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk draw voucher against the County Treasurer in favor of Geo. Kies in the amount of $1,819. and to R. B. Bowden the sum of $1,263.47, both payable out of the Road & Bridge Fund of Kerr County, for the full payment contract for the court house square. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5366. AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF $4,620.90 TO R. H. BOWDEN iN RE: PAVING SHADY GROVE SUBDIVISION. This the 14th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the _ claim of R. B. Bowden, contractor, in the amount of $4,620.90 for topping the roadway in the Shady Grove Addition located in Commissioners Precinct i~2, it appearing to the court that such claim Ss reasonable and lust and should be paid out of Commissioners Precinct #2~ therefore by motion duly made by Goff ,~~g eaonded by Molter and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw voucher•in amount of $4,620.90 out of Road & Bridge #2, payable to A. B. Bowden for hla anb-oontract for hard surfacing the roadway through the Shady Grove Sub-division. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5367. SETTLEMENT FOR RIGHT OF WAY AND DAMAGES TO RALPH SOLOMON, JR. IN RE: KERRVILLE- INGRAM ROAD & BRIDGE RIGRT OF WAY ATGHWAY N27. This the 14th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the r of way deed executed by Ralph Solomon, Jr. and wife, covering .072 of an acre at a price of $600.00 an acre, and damage to fence and entrance to his property, St appearing to the court that Mr. Solomon is entitled to $43.20 for the right of way and should be allowed $125.00 ~ to re-locate his driveway entrance and fence, therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, se- t cond ed by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized to draw voucher against the County Treasurer Sn the amount of $168.20 payable to Ralph Solomon, Jr. out of Kv-Iag.
