D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the ^ claim of Herman Sublett, in the amount of $300.00 for his assistance in securing the right of ways and notarizing right of way deeds along the Kerrville-Ingram Highway #27, and it appear- ing to the court, that said claim is reasonable and dust and should be authorized; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court that the County Clerk be directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer 1n amount of $3.00 payable out of Kv-Ingram R & H RW Fd. Hwy A~27 to Herman Sublett for his services rendered therein. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5369. CANVASS OF ELECTION RETURNS. On this the 14th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be canvassed and tabulated by the Cossnissioners Court, the election returns of a special election for State Representative and Constitutional Amendments Election which was held November 13, 1951 (Tuesday), wherefore the court having made proper examination and tabulations thereto, find that same should be certified to as being true and correct as per their signed certificate 1n Vol. 4, Page 1 to 5 inclusive, Minutes of Election Returns of Kerr County, Texas; therefore, by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Molter and unanimously approved by the court, that said canvass and tabulation be certified as being true and correct. -o-o-o-o-o-o-o- The foregoing minutes from page 606 to page 612, inclusive, were read in open court and found to be true and correct, and are hereby approved this the/~ day of December, A.
