This the 14th day of November, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the
claim of Herman Sublett, in the amount of $300.00 for his assistance in securing the right of
ways and notarizing right of way deeds along the Kerrville-Ingram Highway #27, and it appear-
ing to the court, that said claim is reasonable and dust and should be authorized; therefore
by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court that
the County Clerk De directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in amount of $300.00
payable out of Kv-Ingram R & B AW Fd. Hwy #27 to Herman Sublett for hie services rendered
therein. i

No. 5369. CANVASS OF ELECTION RETIIAN9.
On this the 14th day of November, A. D. 19$1, came on to be canvassed and tabulated by
the Cossnissi oners Court, the election returns of a special election for State Representative
and Constitutional Amendments Election which was held Eovember 13, 1951 (Tuesday), wherefore
the court having made proper examination and tabulations thereto, find that same should be
certified to as being true and correct as per their signed certificate in Vol. 4, Page 1 to
5 inclusive, Minutes of Election Returns of Kerr County, Texas; therefore, by motion duly
made by Goff, seconded by Molter and unanimously approved Dy the court, that said canvass
and tabulation be certified as being true and correct.

Th1e the- 10th day of December, A. D. 1951, coma on to be coasldsred by the court, the
purchase of 16800 pounds of steal from the IInited States Government wherein Chaa. H. Molter,
Commissioner Precinct #3 has heretofore made his personal check payable to the United States
Treasury as a deposit for the bid for the purchase of said steel, and it appearing to the con
that it will be necasaarq that the total purchase price of $332.59 ba payable in tvo checks as
followas ;290.49 payable to II. S. Treasury and $42.10 payable to Chas. H. Molter for the
earnest money paid out of his personal account; thersfora by motion duly made by Goff, second
by Powell and unanimously approved by the court that Kerr County purchase 16800 pounds of
steel at $332.59 and the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw voucher in amount of
$290.49 payable to U, 3. Treasury and voucher in amount of $42.10 payable to Chaa. H. Molter,
both vouchers to be drawn on the County Treasurer out: of the R & B Fund of Rerr County.
