Molter, Commissioner Precinct N3 has heretofore made his personal check payable to the United States Trensary as a deposit for the bid for the purchase of said steel, and it appearing to the con that it will be necessary that the total purchase price of $332.59 bs payable in tvo checks as follows: $290,49 payable to II. S. Treasury and $42.10 payable to Chas. H.
