while intoxicated and examination of defendants in lunacy proceedings; therefore bq motion
duly made by Goff, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that the County
Clerk be and is hereby directed to collect all medical examinations on misdemeanor and lunacy
cases on any bill of costs prepared in the County Court of Kerr County, Tezsa for reimburse-
ment to the General Fund of Kerr County.
