the County Clerk to collect for a reimbursement to Kerr County of all such medical examinat-
ions had is the proceedings of the County Court in such cases as examinations for driving _
while intoxicated and examination of defendants in lunacy proceedings; therefore by motiam
duly made by Goff, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously approved by the court, that the County
Clerk ba and is hereby directed to collect all medical eaaminations on misdemeanor and lunacy
cases on say bill of costa prepared in the County Court of Kerr County, Tezas for reimburse-
ment to the General Fund of Kerr County.
