that it will be necessary for an order to be entered upon the minutes of this court allowing
the County Clerk to collect for a reimburaemeat to Kerr County of all such medical examinat-
ions had in the proceedings of the County Court in anch cases as examinations for driving
while intoxicated and examination of defendants in lunacy proceed inga; therefore by motion

Clerk be and is hereby directed to collect all mediosl examinations on misdemeanor and lunacy
cases on any bill of costs prepared in the County Court of Kerr County, Texas for reimburee-
