it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and
that the City of Kerrville Ss entitled to one-half of the collections aad deposits over $100.0
and that said City is entitled to the sum of $6.39; therefore by motion dulq made by Eckstein,
seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be approved aad
the County Clerk be directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in the amount o2
$6.39 against the General Fund of Kerr County to the City of Kerrville for their pro rata ahar
of collections and deposits over $100.00.

No, 5385. TRANSFER OF $40.00 FROM ROAD & BRIDGE #3 TO ROAD & BRIDGE FUND.
This the 10th day of December, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the Court, the
amount of $40.00 being the pro rata amount of receipt X4241 which amount was erroneously dep-
osited to Aoad k Bridge #3 instead Of Road & Bridge Fund for the Bale of post previously be-
longing to Road 3e Bridge RWFd Hwy. 83, and it appearing to the court that the sale of such
post vas made to Adolph Bartel and that it would be aecessarq to make proper transfer from
Road & Bridge ~Y3 to the undivided Aoad & Bridge Fund; therefore by motion duly made by Eckste]
seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk be aad is here-
by directed to transfer the said sum of $40,00 from Road & Bridge M3 to Road Bc Bridge Fund
of Kerr County.

of October, 1951, showing the disposition of all monies owed to the State and County collected)
by him during said month, with a certificate of audit by the County Clerk as to his examinat-
ion of said report and stubs and as to the correctness as to names, dates and amounts on each,
and it appearing to the court that said report together with tax receipt stubs, filed herein,
are correct; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter and unanimously
approved by the court, as audited by the County Clerk.
