monthly report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Publia Weigher, Kerr County
Precinct #1, showing an aggregate of $112.79 collected for the month of November, 1951, and
it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and
that the City of Kerrville is entitled to one-half of the collections and deposits over $100.0
and that said City is entitled to the sum of $6.39; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein,
seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be approved and
the County Clerk be directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in the amount of
$6.39 against the General Fund of Rarr County to the City of Kerrville for their pro rata ahax
of collections and deposits over $100.00.

No. 5385. TRANSFER OF $40.00 FROM ROAD @ BRIDGE #3 TO ROAD & BRIDGE FUND.
This the 10th day of December, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the
amount of $40.00 being the pro rats amount of receipt #4241 which amount wsa orromeousl7 dep-
osited to Road & Bridge #3 instead Of Road & Bridge Fund for the sale of post previously be-
longing to Road d Bridge AWFd Rwy. 83, and it appearing to the oourt that the sale of such
post was made to Adolph Bartel and that St would be necessary to make proper transfer from
Road & Bridge #3 to the undivld ed Road & Bridge Fund; therefore by motion duly made by Ecks te:
seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk be and is here-
by directed to transfer the said sum of $40.00 from Road & Bridge #3 to Road & Bridge Fund
of Kerr County.

This the 10th daq of December, A. D. 1951, came on to be examined by the court, the item-
ized monthly report and tax receipts of E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor & Collector, for the month
of October, 1951, showing the disposition of all monies owed to the State and County collected
by him during said month, with a certificate of audit by the County Clerk as to his examinat-
ion of said report and stubs and as to the correctness as to names, dates and amounts on each,
and it appearing to the court that said report together with tax receipt stubs, filed herein,
are correct; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter and unanimously
approved by the court, as audited by the County Clerk.
