Precinct #1, showing an aggregate of $112.79 collected for the month of November, 1951, and _
it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct atd should be approved, and
that the City of Kerrville is entitled to one-half of the collections and deposita over $100.
and that said City is entitled to the sum of $6.391 therefore by motion dulq made by Eckstein,
seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that said report be approved and
the County Clerk be directed to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in the amount of
$6.39 against the General Fund of Kerr County to the City of Kerrville for their pro rata char
of collections and deposits over $100.00.

amount of $40.00 being the pro rata amount of receipt if~+241 which amount ras erroaeonaly dep-
osited to Road Rc Bridge 83 instead Of Road & Bridge Fund for the sale of post previouslq be-
longing to Aoad ~ Bridge AWFd Hwy. 83, and it appearing to the court that the sale of such
post was made to Adolph Bartel and that St would be necessary to make proper transfer from
Road & Brld ge N3 to the undivided Road & Bridge Fund; therefore bq motion duly made by Eckstei
seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk be and Ss here-
by directed to transfer the said sum of $40.00 from Road & Bridge +Y3 to Road & Bridge Fund
of Kerr County.

This the 10th day of December, A. D. 1951, came on to be examined by the court, the item-
ized monthly report and tax receipts of E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor & Collector, for the moan
of October, 1951, showing the disposition of all monies owed to the State and County collects!
by him during said month, with a certificate of audit by the County Clerk as to his examinat-
ion of said report and stubs and as to the correctness as to names, dates and amounts on each,
and it appearing to the court that said report together with tax receipt stubs, filed herein,
are correct; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Molter and unanimously
approved by the court, as audited by the County Clerk.
