This the 11th day of December, A. D. 1951, the County Clerk be emd is hereby directed,
after motion having been duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved bq the
court, to draw voucher against the County Treasurer 1n amount of $52.00 payable to the Clerk
of the Sixth Administrative Judicial District at Del Rio, Texas, out of the General Fund of
Kerr County for Rerr County's pro rata salary as net out under Article 200A, Section 9, under
Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas.

seconded by Molter and unanimously approved by the court, that the County Clerk sad County
Treasurer be hereby directed to transfer the sum of $130.75 from Rerr County Lateral R A B RW
Fd. FM 1340 to the Road & Bridge Fund of Kerr County, Texas, to balance out such account there
in as a result of order +15324.

THE COUNTY OF RERR 1 This the 17th day of December, A. D. 1951, came on to be presented
to the Commissioners Court, an application for a third class road executed by Theo. D.
Polemanakos, et al said petitioners consisting of at least ten freeholders out of said pre-
cinct No. 1, which petition raqueats the Commissioners Ccurt to establish a 3rd class road
with its beginning and terminus described as follows, to-wits
BEGINNING at the intersection of a present roadway with the N. W. line of State Highway
No. }, said point being approximately 369 varas S. W. as measured along the curve of said
highway line from its intersection with the N. E. line of Survey No. 666, P. Fleming; and
