court, to draw voucher against the County Treasurer in amount of (52.00 pagable to the Clerk
of the Sixth Administrative Judicial District at Del Rio, Texas, out of the General Fund of
Kerr County for Kerr County's pro rata salary as net out under Article 200A, Section 9, under
Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas.

THE COUIQTY OF REAR I This the 17th day of December, A. D. 1951, came on to be presented
to the Commissioners Court, an application for a third class road executed by Theo. D.
Polemanakos, et al said petitioners consisting of at least ten freeholders out of said pre-
cinct No. 1, which petition requests the Commissioners Court to establish a 3rd class road
with its beginning and terminus described as follows, to-vit:
BEGINNING at the intersection of a present roadway with the N. W. line of State Highway
No. ~, said point being approximately 369 varas 3. W. as measured along the curve of said
highway line from 1ta intersection with the N. E. line of Survey No. 666, P. Fleming; and
