Therefore by motion duly made Dy Henry Ecka tale, that paragraphs 1 and 3 filed by Robert
i I. Wilaoa, Attorney for contestants, bs overruled, Las Goff entering his second to the motion
and the vote being called, such vote wa unanimously approved to overrule paragraphs 1 and 3
filed by the cotttestante,whioh decree was duly aawptad by the attorney for the coateatanta
~ herein.
Wherefore oonteatant Attorney, Robert I. Wilson regneating that two of the petitiamers
having executed the original petition herein, namely, Frad Heaver, and E. H. Stone, be sum-
moned in peraoa to appear before this court, requsat that his motion for their appearance be
granted. The oourt being of the opinion each attorney should bs allowd to present all of
the evidence they so desire, foal that such request be granted{ therefore by motion duly Wade
by Goff, seconded by Powll and maninously approved by the court, that the contestants, re-
presented by their attorney, Robert I. Wilson, be and they are hereby alloyed to have all the
evidence they so desire to be preasntsd to the court, end that this cas• be recessed until
Tuesday, December 18, 1951 at 1Os00 o'clock A. M. at which time the petitionara Fred Beaver
and E. H. Stone are to be aummans to appear before this court, and for any other matters that
may be presented to the court in this cause.
