F. Doke and J. E. Henderson at the Doint where anoh road Lorna to the nortA- west in Survey No. 410, B. B. B. do C. Ry. Co.; and terminating in the N. E. line of the prop- erty of Charles R. Rodgers in Survey No. 1576, G. C. & S. F. Ry. Co. approximately 300 yards from the N. W, corner of the North 1/2 of said Survey No. 1576= and it appearing to the Court that notice of said Application has been given, as required by law; Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court, and it Sa ao ordered by the court that Frank Thomason, E. M. Peters, William lCargerą Harvey Monty and Felix Klein, five freeholders of said County, be and are hereby appointed a 11 Jury of View, a ma~orlty of whom may, after taking the prescribed oath before a properly auth- orized person, proceed to assess damages, if any are claimed, and with the County Surveyor, to lay out, survey and describe such Aoad to the greatest advantage to the public, so that the same can be traced with certainty; and the field notes of such survey or description of the Road, together with a statement of the damages assessed, if any, shall be included in the re- port of the Jury, and if adopted, shall be recorded in the Minutes of the Commissioners' Court And St is further ordered, that the said Jury make a report in this cause at the next regular meeting of this Court.
