D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the sa of the County Judge for the ensuing year, and it appearing to the court that said officer is ex-officio County Superintendent and receives part of his compensation through said source and is entitled to retain his fees of office and that his salary should be fixed at $1320.00 per annum as County Judge and $300.00 per annum as Juvenile Officer of Kerr County; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by the court, that the salary of the County Judge be fixed at $1320, per annum payable unto John R. Leave ll in monthly installments of $110.00, the first payment to begin January 31st, 1952, and the salary of Juvenile Officer be fixed at $300.00 per annum, payable to said Officer Sn monthly install- ments of $25.00. The County Clerk be, and is hereby authorized and directed to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer in the amount of $110.00 monthly out of the Road & Bridge Fund, and '$25.00 each month out of the General Fund of Kerr Covnty, and said Officer is further authorized to retain the maximum Łees of said office according to law. -o-o-o-o-o-o- No. 5412. FIXING SALARY OF THE ASSISTANT TO COUNTY JUDGE. This the 15th day of January, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the court, the ea lorry of Agnes kfacDonald, assistant to the County Jwige for the year 1952, and St appearing to the court that said assistant is partially employed by the County and by the County Super- intendent; that she is receiving a salary from the common School Districts, and that she has been receiving $900.00 from the County, the court is of the opinion that said salary should be refixed at $900.00 per annum. D. 1952, came on to be considered by the court, the fix of the salary of Cuy Powell, County Agent of Kerr County, and it appearing to the court that said agent receives benefits from the Extension Service and that $1800.00 per annum should be fixed as his salary from Kerr County; therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by Lhe court, that the salary of Guy Powell, County Agent of Kerr County, be fixed at $1800.00 per annum payable $:L 50.00 at the expiration of each month, beginning January 31st, 1952, and the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer in the amount of $150.00 per month, payable to said officer out Road & Bridge Fund, of Kerr County. -o-o-o-o-o- L No. 5414.
