LEVY OF 1951 TAXES.
This the 31st day of August, A. D., 1951, came on to be
heard at a public hearing the matter of the adoption of the County
Eudget for 1951 and 1952, and the fixing and levying of the tax
rate for the County and various school districts for the 3' ar 1951,
and it appearing to the court that proper notices have been published
in each newspaper of Kerrville, Texas, for at least one wee Y., according
to law, and after thorough consideration and examination the Court
is oŁ the opinion that the same should be approved by the Court
and that the County, Road, School and Special Taxes for Kerr County
for the year 1951, be and are hereb,y~ levied at the following rates,
payable on each ,100.00 valuation, to -.v it:
