AND LE4Y OF 1951 TAX.
This the 14th daq of August, A. D., 1951, after motion
having bean duly made by Goff, seconded by Eckstein and unanimously
approved by the Court, that the Gounty Clerk be, and is hereby
directed to issue notice by publication in both issues of the
lccal newspapers, to the effect that the hearing will be held on
the proposed 1951-1952 County Budget in the court room of the
Court House in iierrville, Kerr County, Texas, at 2:00 P.Pd. on
Friday, August 31, 1951, which time and place is hereby set for
said public 1-earing on said proposed 1951-1952 Gounty Budget,
together with the levy of the 1951 taxes.
