IN RE: N0. 5395
IN THE MATTER OF APPLICATION OF CHAS. R. RODGERS AND OTHERS TO
CREATE A 3RD CLASS ROAD
IN THE COMMISSIONERS COURT OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS,
On this the 11th day of February, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered the applica+tion
of Chas. R. Rodgers and others to establish a 3rd class road and the court having duly weighed
and considered all of the evidence presented by both sides and the Jury of View's Report, the
court hereupon determines that at this time said application for a 3rd class road shall not be
approved, and is hereby dismissed in its present form; that the County Clerk is hereby direct-
ed to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer payable to the Jury of View according ~to law.
The above and foregoing resolution was presented to the court on the motion of Goff,
Commissioner of Precinct #+ of Kerr County, Texas and seconded by Molter Commissioner o:P Pre-
cinct #3 of Kerr County, Texas and passed by unanimous vote of the court.
