IN RE: N0. 5395
IN THE MATTER OF APPLICATION OF CHAS, R. RODGERS AND OTHERS TO
CREATE A 3RD CLASS ROAD
IN THF. COMMISSIONERS COURT OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS,
On this the 11th day of February, A. D. 1952, came on to be considered the application
of Chas. R. Rodgers and others to establish a 3rd class road and the court having duly weighed
and considered all of the evidence presented by both sides and the Jury of View's Report, the
court hereupon determines that at this time said application for a 3rd class road shall not be
approved, and is hereby dismissed in its present form; that the County Clerk is hereby direct-
ed to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer payable to the Jury of View according to law.
The above and foregoing resolution was presented to the court on the motion of Goff,
Commissioner of Precinct #4 of Kerr County, Texas and seconded by Dlolter Commissioner o:f Pre-
cinet #3 of Kerr County, Texas and passed by unanimous vote of the court.

claims and accounts filed against Kerr County and its respective precincts since th=last. term

of this court, and it appearing to the court that said claims and accounts should be voted on

separately; therefore by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved
by the court, that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #1 be approved and paid;
~ that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #2 be approved for payment, therefore
by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Molter and unanimously approved by t:he court; that
all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #3 be approved for payment after motion
having been duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court; that
all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #+ and Kv-Ing. R &,B R W Fd. Hwy. 27 should
be approved for payment, therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Molter and un-
animously approved by the court that same are approved; that all claims and awcounts filed
against the General Fund and Road & Bridge Fund be approved for payment after motion having
first been made by Molter, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court for all claims
and accounts to be paid out of the respective funds and the County Clerk be wind is hereby
directed to draw vouchers against the County Treasurer in like amounts of sajLd claims filed

port of collections and deposits made by Earl Garrett, Sheriff of Kerr Count;T, Texas, for all
fees and mileage fees collected by him in the perforn;ance of his duties in said office for the
month of January, A. D. 1952, in the amount of X147.75, and it appearing to 1~he court that the
