by the court, that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #1 be approved and paid;
that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #2 be approved for payments therefore
by motion duly made by Goff seconded by Molter and unanimously approved by t:he court; that
all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #3 be approved for payment after motion
having been duly made by Powell seconded by Goff and unanimously approved b}~ the court; that
all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge ~+ and Kv-Ing. R &.B R W Fd. Hwy. 27 should
be approved for payments therefore by motion duly made by Powell seconded by Molter and un-

This the 13th day of Februarys A. D. 1952 came on to be examined by the courts the re-
port of collections and deposits made by Earl Garrett, Sheriff of Kerr County Texas, for all
fees and mileage fees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for the
month of Januarys A. D. 1952 in the amount of $147.75, and it appearing to 'the court that the
itemized report of collections and deposits as submitted, are ture and correct, and should be
