by the court, that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #1 be approved and paid;
that all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #2 be approved for payment, therefore
by motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Molter and unanimously approved by t:he court; that
all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #3 be approved for payment after motion
having been duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved b;r the court; that
all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge ~+ and Kv-Ing. R &.B R W Fd. Hwy. 27 should
be approved for payment, therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded by Molter and un-
animously approved by the court that same are approved; that all claims and aiccounts filed
against the General Fund and Road & Bridge Fund be approved for payment after motion having
first been made by Molter, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court for all claims
and accounts to be paid out of the respective funds and the County Clerk be and is hereby

This the 13th day of February, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the re-
port of collections and deposits made by Earl Garrett, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for all
fees and mileage fees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for the
month of January, A. D. 1952, in the amount of $147.75, and it appearing to 'the court that the
itemized report of collections and deposits as submitted, are ture and correct, and should be
approved by the court; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by 1?owell and unan-
