be approved for payment, therefore by motion duly made by Powell seconded by Molter and un-

against the General Fund and Road & Bridge Fund be approved for payment after motion having
first been made by Molter seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court for all claims
and accounts to be paid out of the respective funds and the County Clerk be and is hereby

This the 13th day of Februarys A. D. 1952 came on to be examined by the courts the re-
port of collections and deposits made by Earl Garrett Sheriff of Kerr County Texas, for all
fees and mileage fees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for the
month of January, A. D. 1952 in the amount of X147.75, and it appearing to 'the court that the
itemized report of collections and deposits as submitted are ture and corrects and should be
