all claims and accounts filed against Road & Bridge #3 be approved for payment after motion
having been duly made by Powell, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved b;y the court; that

be approved for payment, therefore by motion duly made by Powell, seconded b;y Molter and un-

port of collections and deposits made by Earl Garrett, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for all
fees and mileage fees collected by him in the performance of his duties in said office for the
month of January, A. D. 1952, in the amount of $147.75, and it appearing to t;he court that the
itemized report of collections and deposits as submitted, are ture and correct, and should be

monthly report of deposits and collections of Albert Wilson, Public Weigher, Kerr County Pre-
cinet #1, showing an aggregate of $76.25 collected for the month of January,. A. D. 1952, and
it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct and should be approved, and that --~
the Clerk should mail the City a bill for their pro rata part in the amount of $11.88 due the
General Fund of Kerr County. Therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Powell and
unanimously approved by the court, that said report be approved and the County Clerk be dir-
ected to bill the City for the amount of X11.88 to be deposited in the General Fund of Kerr
County, Texas, upon collection.

COURT, PRECINCT #2.
This the 13th day of February, A. D. 1952, came on to be examined by the court, the month-
ly report of Ira L. Pringle, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #2, Kerr County, Temms, covering
the month of January, A. D. 1952, of Criminal cases filed, witnesses, judgments and jury fees
collected, showing a sum of $50.95 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entit-
ling him to a fee of $21.00, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and cor-
recta therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded by Powell and unanimously approved by
the court and the County Clerk be, and is hereby directed to pay the fee of $21.00 to Judge
Pringle to-wit: $7.00 out of the General Fund and •$14.00 out of the Road & Bridge Fund of
Kerr County, Texas.

E. H. Nichols, Tax Assessor and Collector, of Kerr County, Texas, for the month of January,•
1952, showing an actual and necessary expense of $684.65 incurred by him in the conduct of his
office during said month, and it appearing to the court that said report is true and correct
and such expenditures should be approved; therefore by motion duly made by Molter, seconded
by Powell and unanimously approved by the court for such expenditures therein.
